Christmas Eve

Dear Friends,

Christmas Eve will be here before we know it! I have always LOVED Christmas Eve. Every year I feel the Spirit in the room during Christmas Eve worship and it isn’t Christmas until the candles have all been lit and I have gathered with my Church family that it really feels like Christmas.

Christmas Eve falls on a Sunday and we have several worship opportunities for you to join the celebrations:

10:30am:  Morning Worship in the Sanctuary with special music and a live nativity performed by the Children and Youth of the Church.

4-5pm:    “Drop in” Meditative Communion in the Sanctuary.

6pm:  Candlelight Christmas Eve Worship.  Join us as we hear again this ancient story of our faith and light candles in the darkness to celebrate, Emmanuel, God with us!

Our hope is to have van available to help those with transportation needs, but I want to offer a request.  Not everyone is able to drive in the dark or has a car that can get them to church. Reach out to a friend and offer to pick them up for the service.  At Christmas people who don’t have a Church will often feel drawn to a house of worship. Invite a friend to join you on Christmas Eve! Spread the word about your Church or share invitation on Social      Media. This is a chance for our congregation to offer Christ’s gracious hospitality to all.            Glad to be in ministry with you!            Peace,  Kara
